If you have a fever, sore throat, headache and other cold-like symptoms
If you have cold-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, or headache, you will need to undergo a “Quantitative Antigen Test for Covid-19” at the Outpatient fever clinic in advance, and then will be guided to each medical department.
Please be sure to book your test in advance by following the steps below. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to take photos or videos during the inspection.

We will inform you of the parking lot when you make a reservation by phone, so please park in the designated parking space. - Reception
Staff will start conduct reception, please wait in your car while the test is being prepared. - Collect a sample
In principle, samples are collected in your car. - The process after the test results appear
Based on the test results, we will guide you to the necessary medical department. If the test result is positive, we will inform you what to do next.
If you only want to have the Test
If you only want to get the Test, Quantitative Antigen Test fee is 3,800 yen (tax included). In this case, it is also necessary to make reservation by phone as described above.
Others
- Please bring your Japanese health insurance card(HOKENSHO)
- About payment, if your test result is negative, you will pay at the payment counter ,and if the result is positive, you will pay in your car.
- We ask that you continue to wear masks throughout the hospital after March 13, 2023.
The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare also recommends the wearing of masks in the following situations to prevent infection of people at high risk of severe illness, such as the elderly, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
(1) When visiting medical institutions.
(2) When visiting medical institutions or facilities for the elderly, where many people at high risk of becoming severe illness, such as the elderly, are hospitalized or live.
